Whitestein to Contribute Multiple Presentations at AAMAS08

Whitestein Technologies today detailed its involvement at AAMAS08, the 7th International Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, to be held in Estoril, Portugal on May 12-16.

AAMAS, initiated in 2002, is the leading international conference on autonomous agents and multi-agent systems.

For the 2008 edition of AAMAS, Whitestein Technologies is proud to have been invited to contribute to numerous tracks, panels, and workshops:

  • Christian Dannegger, VP Logistics & Control Systems, will host an invited talk titled "Autonomic Machine Control – A Case Study" during the Industrial Track
  • Dr. Monique Calisti, Head of Innovation, Telecom Systems, has been invited to participate in a panel session titled "The Future of Software Engineering and Multi-Agent Systems"
  • Dr. Giovanni Rimassa, Senior Researcher, Advanced Technologies, will host an invited talk titled "Keeping Balance up Sisyphus' Path: Thoughts on Bringing Innovation in BPM through Agent Technology"

In addition, Whitestein will present a live demo of its world-premiere Goal-Oriented, Autonomic Business Process Management suite LS/ABPM. The company is also presenting a paper titled „BDI-Agents for Agile Goal-Oriented Business Processes” together with Daimler AG.
