Whitestein Technologies Participates in Two European Research Projects

Whitestein Technologies participates in PALCOM and AgentLink III, two research projects in the context of the 6th Framework Programme of the European Union. These two projects were selected by the European Commission for funding, out of the five project proposals for which Whitestein was member of the submitting project consortium during 2003. A third project, COLORFUL, was selected as possible "reserve" project.

The contracts for PALCOM and Agentlink III have been signed by the EU Commission last December, and the projects officially started on the 1st of January 2004. The participation to PALCOM and Agentlink III, and the collaboration with partners such as Siemens AG, British Telecommunications PLC, the University of Liverpool, the Aarhus University, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology of Lausanne and several others, represent a unique opportunity for Whitestein to advance its knowledge, and to strengthen the foundation of its product and solutions.
