Whitestein Announces New Release and Rebranding of Its Goal-oriented BPM Suite
Living Systems Process Suite 1.4.5 to add increased functionality for SOA support, simplified process and data modeling, and model management.
Whitestein Technologies today announced a new release of Living Systems Autonomic Business Process Management (LS/ABPM), which, with this release, is being rebranded as the Living Systems Process Suite.
The Living Systems Process Suite provides organizations of any size with a comprehensive toolbox and methodology to design, directly execute, and control goal-oriented business processes.
The upcoming Living Systems Process Suite 1.4.5 release will offer enhanced benefits when deployed in service-oriented architectures (SOA), including features for service integration and composition, as well as the possibility to expose process instances as Web Services. This will allow organizations to fully benefit from and augment the return on their investments into BPM and SOA.
Other enhancements to the Living Systems Process Suite focus on process and data modeling. Particularly, improved graphical interfaces for the definition and in-flight manipulation of process models and data types allow business professionals to participate even more in the design of their business processes.
The management of the business process life cycle in distributed teams is further enhanced by new features for model migration and merging, while new task management and delegation options allow process participants to better interact and coordinate during process execution.
