SLAM Whitepaper Released

A new whitepaper is now available that outlines the Service Level Agreement Management (SLAM) concept and demonstration prototype from Whitestein Technologies. The prototype is available as a Living Systems Technology Suite (LS/TS) application that demonstrates a proactive and flexible means of managing resources using Service Level Agreements in IP QoS based networks.
