Leading IT Analyst Recognizes Whitestein for Dynamic Case Management Capabilities
Forrester report recognizes Living Systems Process Suite as strong platform for dynamic, unstructured, ad hoc processes.
In the January 31, 2011 report The Forrester Wave™: Dynamic Case Management (DCM) Q1 2011 Whitestein Technologies is one of the few vendors recognized as "BPM providers with strong core DCM capabilities" that "drive further innovations supporting emerging DCM requirements."*
The report characterizes DCM as applying to more dynamic, unstructured, ad hoc processes compared to the more traditional BPM methods.
According to the report authored by Forrester analysts Craig Le Clair and Derek Miers, Whitestein Technologies is "delivering strong, agile DCM platforms." Highlighted is the Living Systems Process Suite's focus on goal-driven processes, which the report deems "a key ingredient in many DCM deployments."
