Your responsibilities

As a Team Leader/Project Manager, you are responsible for organizing, planning and tracking demanding software development projects. You are leading a team of software engineers, keeping your eyes firmly on objectives and deadlines as well as technological risks. Tight contact with the customer is the basis for coordination and quick reactions to new and changed situations. You will assume the responsibility for the architecture design as well as its development throughout whole project.

Required qualification

Education: For this position you need a technical or mathematical university degree.

Knowledge & Experience: Overview of the modern software development processes, current technological trends, object-oriented paradigm and a sound architectural and technological background are firm requirements. Documented experience and success with the leading of software development teams is a firm requirement. Furthermore, you should have the following experience:

• 3+ years of practical experience with leading software development teams through complex, international projects
• 3+ years of practical experience in design and programming using a object-oriented programming language (C++, Java) and SQL

Personal Abilities & Skills: Fluent English and German language both spoken and written is required. You should also possess:

• Ability to understand customer’s real needs and shape objectives
• Strong communication skills
